Perfect for Scouts, lasts the whole camping weekend.
The lamp itself is really good, but the delivery took almost three weeks and I had to reach out several times. Customer service sorted it out in the end and sent a new package, but the wait dragged the rating down.
The product itself is good. Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the pickup and the package was sent back before I could collect it. They fixed it with a new delivery, but it tested my patience.
This headlamp came along on a week-long canoe trip last fall and handled everything I put it through. Rain, splashes and the occasional drop onto rocks, it just kept shining. The red light was perfect for messing with gear in the tent without waking the others. Incredibly happy, and it feels built to last for years.
I used it on a multi-day trip in the mountains where the weather turned to both snow and rain. The lamp worked flawlessly the whole time and the water coming down did not bother it at all. The battery life is what impresses me most, I was ready to charge halfway through but never needed to. The red mode became a favorite when you want to move around camp without ruining your night vision.
There is nothing wrong with the lamp itself once it finally arrived. But my first package got lost, the second got stuck in customs and I had to chase updates for weeks. They sorted it out in the end, but getting there was way too much hassle.
